Directors, of the Pine River Watershed Initiative Network (PRWIN), delivered Junipers to residents of the Township of Huron-Kinloss.

This supports their restoration work.

When Junipers are planted along back dune areas, they help to stabilize sand and rebuild dunes impacted by Lake Huron water levels.

Thanks go to the Pine River Watershed community, along Lake Huron's southeast shore, for supporting PRWIN's Shoreline Restoration Project initiative.

To date, the Network has delivered 300 Junipers to lakeshore residents and plans on a Juniper program this autumn.

More details are included in the flyer (image on the web page).
